Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing before you call or send the form.
What is the quickest way to get hold of you?
For anything urgent, call 07930 915693 — a phone call gets a straight answer far faster than a form. For everything else, the callback form on this page or an email to kieran@kloelectrical.com is fine.
What information should I include when I get in touch?
The area or postcode, what the property is (house, flat, shop, unit), what you need doing, and whether anything is currently unsafe or without power. Photographs of the consumer unit or the fault help a lot and often save a visit.
The more you can tell us up front, the closer the initial price will be to the final one.
Do you charge to quote?
You will always have a price before any work starts, and we will not begin work you have not agreed to. For anything that needs a look in person we will tell you at the point of enquiry what that visit involves, so there are no surprises either way.
Rather just pick up the phone?
Call 07930 915693 and tell us what has happened. We will tell you honestly whether it needs someone out today.
